Cecy Robson’s urban fantasy Of Flame and Light showcases a powerful, zombie-fighting heroine #excerpt #giveaway
I beta read this book for Cecy a few months ago, and—being only the second of her books I'd ever read—I was blown away by the depth of passion, humor, and creativity in this story. The excerpt below showcases some of that dark paranormal creativity, so if zombies are your thing, you're really gonna love this little bit below, but what I really loved most about the book was how real and likeable the main character is. Inseverable (Carolina Beach #1) by Cecy Robson #BookReview #BookoftheMonth
I rarely fall in love with a New Adult book—and both Trinity's (and her friends') age and life experiences put this story firmly in NA territory—but I couldn't stop reading Inseverable. The emotion is so well grounded and layered, the characters rich and believable, the conflict complex with just the right amount of hopelessness. Inseverable is a beautiful romance and a story worth dedicating a weekend to.
Inseverable is the June 2016 GraveTells Book of the Month.

"I like the format of the reviews and it helps me decide if a book is a ‘go get this now’, ‘wait until you’re in the mood’, ‘maybe- if there’s nothing else to read’ or ‘probably not the book match for me’. I eagerly look to see what quotes are presented and I find the ‘if you like-’ comparisons possibly as telling as the actual review. Way to go, guys!"
