Huge thanks to Grave Tells for letting me share my interview that I did with Tess Jennings from Supernaturally Kissed. You know, I’ve wanted to ask her some serious questions and today I totally put her on the spot. I took her to the coffee shop, we ordered some vanilla lattes, took a seat away from listening ears and got right to it.

Stacey: So…you’re in love with a ghost?

Tess: *snorts* Not wasting any time, are you?

Stacey: Nope! Spill!

Tess: Well, I know how it looks and stop giving me the googly eyes. It’s weird! I get it! But tell that to my heart. Besides, if you were in the same situation with a totally hot cop who actually didn’t look dead—since ghosts never do—who talked dirty in that sexy voice of his and was damn well determined to get you to fall in love with him, what would you do?

Stacey: *nods without shame* You’re totally right, I’d be a goner and drooling all over him.

Tess: Exactly! I tried to ignore him like I do with most ghosts, but he’s quite persistent and well, my heart wants what it wants.

Stacey: That’s great and all. I’m really happy for you, Tess. Truly I am, but…um…how will this work between you?

Tess: *nibbles on bottom lip* I haven’t quite figured that out yet. Right now all that matters is we have today. It’s really all about taking it hour by hour. All I know is that I don’t want him to cross over—I know I’m horrible for saying that—but I can’t imagine my life without him.

Stacey: *chin quivers* That’s really kinda sad, you know.

Tess: *sighs deep* Yes, I know, but that’s our life. As weird as it is and as horrifying as the thought is to think he might be gone one day that’s the life I have to accept to be with him.

Stacey: Okay, well how can you be a normal couple, though? *leans in and whispers* You know…in the bedroom.

Tess: *smacks Stacey’s arm* Hello, personal information that is none of your business! *smirks* But with Kipp anything is possible, just leave it at that.

Stacey: Hey, don’t shoot the messenger. I know everyone has been dying to ask you that. Besides that, though, something else I’ve been asked is do you think you and Kipp will have a happily-ever-after?

Tess: It’s hard to imagine how that will be possible. I mean, he’s a ghost and I’m not dead. But I have to believe that somehow will be together in the end.

Stacey: Might just take a bit to get there…

Tess: *nods* I can only keep dreaming that something good will come out this. How? I haven’t a single clue but heck, weirder things have happen such as me getting in car accident, almost dying and then waking up to discover I can talk to ghosts.

Stacey: *laughs* This is true. Well, I guess I can only say that I hope you and Kipp find a way to be together.

Tess: *smiles and winks* So do I.
