Book Tour & Giveaway (US/Int): Catch wedding fever with Hollywood Homecoming from the Red Carpet Series by Sasha Summers
Please help me welcome author Sasha Summers to GraveTells today!
I didn’t originally think of the Red Carpet Series as wedding books. Were they Hollywood stories, yes, and the awesome script used in my titles lets the reader know this. It was my brilliant publisher: InkSpell Publishing, that decided to go with the wedding angle-and run with it. And I’m so glad it worked out that way, my covers are gorgeous and evocative and make me super proud. At the same time, I’m a traditionalist. You can’t get more traditional than a wedding and a happily ever after.
Hollywood Ever After wasn’t written as a series, but once I’d finished it, I knew there were more stories to be told. I don’t know if there will be more books in the Red Carpet Series, but I hope so.
Hollywood has always been a fascination of mine. I’m one of those people who loves Entertainment Weekly, the Oscars, and movies. Celebrities both fascinate and worry me, but I think the paparazzi plays a large hand in how we see movie stars and public figures. Put all that together and my love of romance and the Red Carpet Series was born.
Since Hollywood Ever After was the first in the series, I ‘met’ Helen (the heroine in Hollywood Homecoming) and loved her instantly. She was the warm, funny, girl that I could envision as a future heroine – a lovely, feisty, creative heroine. One that would thrive in her transplanted home of Hollywood and have all sorts of adventures. Joseph was the perfect foil for Helen’s adventure.
Thanks so much for having me today. I hope readers will enjoy Helen and Joseph’s story as much as I do!
Make-up artist to the stars. The favorite aunt. Dance teacher. Baby sister. Talented musician and song-writer.
Why did that word rank above the rest? Helen loved her family and understood they wanted her to have the real love they’d all found. It’s just that she’d found her someone special and learned to live without him. She’d been too young for the quirky, idealistic doctor-off to save the world-to notice. And, really, if she had it her way, he’d never know how she’d felt. Now, he was one of her best friends, a pen pal, losing him would be too much.
Seeing him at their parents wedding, Helen realizes the horrible truth: she still loves Joseph… which wouldn’t be so bad if she wasn’t in the situation she was in.
But she was. And her secret will change everything.
Will it destroy hope for a Hollywood happy ending too?
About the series
Happy Endings are for fairy tales. Or the movies. Not for real life. At least, not in Claire’s life. Even though she’s starting over, she knows better than to want too much this time. But when she falls, literally, into the strong arms of Hollywood’s ‘it’ boy Josh Wiley, Claire’s in for some surprises. Her plans for rest and relaxation are forgotten as one incredible night with Josh becomes two… And her heart begins to want him as much as her body. Will two kids, one bastard ex-husband, and Josh’s juggernaut career mean the end of their affair? Or can Claire find her happy ending after all?

All she wants for Christmas is for Hollywood to love her again. But once she meets him, her Christmas list changes.
Jen’s only Christmas wish: Hollywood falling back in love with her. Meeting ex-Marine Gunner was a bonus. She likes that he isn’t impressed by celebrities or the movie biz. She likes that he’s funny and sweet … and drop-dead gorgeous. And she loves that he has no idea who her alter-ego is: Jen Fleming, Hollywood bad-girl and paparazzi target number one. Why ruin an amazing affair when he’s leaving after the new year? But the closer they get, the harder she falls, and the more she wants to tell Gunner everything. Especially once he shares his secret with her. Her new Christmas wish: Gunner accepts and loves her for who she really is.

About the author
Sasha is part gypsy. Born June 9, 1974, stories have always played an important role in her life. Her passions have always been storytelling, Hollywood, history, and travel. It’s no surprise that her books include a little of each. Her first play, ‘Greek Gods and Goddesses’ was written for her Girl Scout troupe. She’s been writing ever since. She loves getting lost in the worlds and characters she creates; even if she frequently forgets to run the dishwasher or wash socks when she’s doing so. Luckily, her four brilliant children and hero-inspiring hubby are super understanding and supportive.
