When I was coming up with the idea for The Vampire Hunter’s Daughter, I really wanted to write about the people who hunt evil. I wanted to, like…bring back the bad vampires and make them the villain not the good guy we are all in love with. I began with the idea of a woman who was a school teacher by day and a vampire hunter by night. Then, as I wrote, I realized that she needed a back story. So, I wrote the back story and Chloe was born, thus The Vampire Hunter’s Daughter was created.
