Early Featured Book Review: Striking Distance (I-Team #6) by Pamela Clare
Fast-paced and addicting, Striking Distance will keep you chained to the pages long after the story has ended. The good news is that this is #6 in a series, the I-Team (a team of journalists, not fighters, who apparently hook up with special forces men... in case you were wondering), and while there are a lot of characters from previous books, you don't need to have read those first in order to enjoy this one. The camaraderie between all the couples and friends amps up the feel-good quotient of the story and makes you want to keep on spending time with these remarkable individuals. Striking Distance is an absolute "must-read", easily one of the best romantic suspense stories of the year!

Book Tour & Giveaway (US/Int): Check out the smoldering first kiss of Catch a Ghost’s Phophet & Tommy
Please help us welcome author S.E. Jakes!
Hey everyone! A special thanks to Grave Tells for having me today, as I begin my first official Riptide tour. Today’s release day for Catch A Ghost, the first book in the Hell or High Water series and I’m so thrilled to introduce Prophet and Tommy to the world. Riptide’s got a pretty big excerpt up on their website—you can read them here.
But today, I wanted to give you all a little something else so…here’s Prophet and Tommy’s first kiss. The way it happens is a little…different. And I’m not giving you the context here, but man, I can still remember writing this first kiss.

Micro-Review: Willing Sacrifice (Knights of the Boardroom #6) by Joey W. Hill
Every story in the Knights of the Boardroom universe seems to top the one before it... in intensity, writing quality, and that je nai se quoi that makes an excellent story stand out and stick in your memory. Willing Sacrifice, the book showcasing Janet and Max's journey, exceeded all my expectations and left me feeling like the series could end here (and it may) and it would be the ideal conclusion.
In previous books, I didn't get a real sense of who Janet was and Max was just a face that stood out among the secondary players. In Willing Sacrifice, I loved Janet as the heroine and Max was my ideal romantic hero: military fit and trained, confident but not overbearing, able to both [...]

Early Book Review: SEAL of Honor (HORNET #1) by Tonya Burrows
SEAL of Honor was a good read. There were parts that felt a little unfinished, but I really enjoyed the myriad of vibrant characters and the unique team dynamic of Gabe's crew. I'm looking forward to the next H.O.R.N.E.T. installment to see whose brain we get to pick next!
