Featured Book Review: Risky Game (Out of Bounds #3) by Tracy Solheim

Risky Game is a fun, engaging read with likeable, relatable characters who practicality feel like family. All the critical plot strings are tied up nicely, leaving only a few tantalizing lead-ins for the upcoming books. Book Review: Sidelined (Southern Scrimmage #2) by Mercy Celeste

I am quickly becoming a Mercy Celeste fantastic, as in the truest sense of the word fan. I loved loved loved Six Ways From Sunday, the story before this one in the series (and you really do need to read it first) and I adored Sidelined. Why do I have this growing lady-crush on Ms. Celeste? Oh, let me count the ways! First of all, I am obsessed with Levi Brody. He's just about freaking perfect as a likable protagonist. There is just something about Mercy Celeste’s writing that pulls me in and completely captivates me. Six Ways From Sunday was a fairly short read, but intense and emotional throughout and it ended beautifully. I loved both characters, Bo and Dylan, and their connection is soul-deep.
