ARC Review: In the Service of the King (Vampire Warrior Kings #1) by Laura Kaye
As Kael dreadfully approaches the coming night of ritual blood and sex, he wishes only to get through the Proferring without hurting the virgin or committing himself to a possible mating, a painful reminder of all he has lost. Shayla is prepared to serve Kael in whatever way he requires, but the needs of her own heart go much deeper. In the Service of the King is a GraveTells "must-read"!

I don’t know if it’s weird but I totally have a fascination with old cemeteries...
In fact, I even live behind one. And no, it’s not on purpose. We’re in the process of selling our home so we’re currently living in a rental that happens to be directly behind a giant cemetery. Say what you will, but since I work from home, it’s very nice to have quiet ‘neighbors’. And it’s a gorgeous place to take a stroll through (ahem, in the day time).
