Giveaway (US/Int): An exclusive up close & personal interview with Blackthorn’s sexy Dehain vampire brothers
Fellow GT reviewer Molly and I are big fans of Lindsay J. Pryor's Blackthorn series, and edgy story universe set in the gritty urban sprawl of Blackthorn, teeming with supernaturals who would just as soon eat you for dinner as take you out to one... the wining and dining you option is much less likely, actually. Ms. Pryor's Blackthorn series rides the line between paranormal romance and urban fantasy, with the best aspects of both. Each story (so far) has at least a happily-for-now ending and the characters are strong, punchy, and not afraid to get in your face and up close & personal - with all their snark, confident swagger, and dark humor.

Book Review: Blood Roses (Blackthorn #2) by Lindsay J. Pryor
Blood Roses was an awesome continuation of the Blackthorn series. Not only are Pryor’s characters and fathomlessly dark love stories fabulous, but her continual world building of Blackthorn blows me away. Blood Roses is a highly recommended read!

Read the first 3 chapters of Blood Roses and fall in lust with Blackthorn’s alpha vamp Caleb!
Read the first 3 chapters of Lindsay J. Pryor's upcoming Blood Roses, the second installment in the wickedly dark new Blackthorn paranormal romance series. A gritty blend of urban fantasy where you think the couple might not get their "happily ever after" and steamy paranormal romance, Blackthorn is an explosive new series from an up-and-coming debut author who will knock your socks off!

Caleb is every bit as ruthless, unpredictable, alpha, and manipulative as I'd hoped and Leila had a fighting spirit that made her an excellent match for him. One of my favorite things about Ms. Pryor's writing is how she sets the scene so vividly and masterfully so you feel you're there in the moment without being distracted by lengthy, unnecessary descriptions.
Stay tuned for our official full review by Molly!
I'd have liked to see a little more of Blackthorn, however, and the conclusion between Leila and Caleb felt a little unfinished, but this storyline is absolutely [...]
