You don’t know me, but I’ve seen you from afar and read all about you – but not in a stalkerish way (honest).

I just want you to know that you are a truly honorable male. You’ve overcome a tragic past, stood strong for your female in the face of your deity, brought your brothers together, fight hard for your race even though they’re not always happy about how you do it, and you’ve accepted and learned to live with your blindness.

Who wouldn’t love you? You are the rightful king, and you do your best always thinking of how to keep your people alive and prospering. You’ve fought and nearly sacrificed your very life protecting them, and still show no fear in the face of your ever-present enemy. The strength and bravery you represent…

*Takes a deep breath*

There are those that fear you, but your compassion is endless when it really counts. What you did for John, for Quinn, and others, is impossible to ignore.

You’re a male with hard edges and yet you can be a tender lover, and when you need to express a little aggression, your mate is right there with you being everything you need. I envy what you have, and wish I could’ve been in your life; been what you need. However, I believe in happily ever after and true love and all that. So I have to respect your bond to Beth. Plus, I have to admit I like her, a lot.

I love you, but sometimes the best thing one can do is let go. So that’s what I’ll do. I will continue to follow your story, and always keep a special place in my heart, but I will not even try to interfere.
