Kelly Humphrey’s luggages is lost, her wallet, cash and worse, her Vulcan ears, are all missing. When sexy detective Nick Rodriguez offers her a place to stay, she readily accepts.

The attraction is apparent from the get-go, and it’s not surprising that these two end up in bed soon after the door closes on Nick’s apartment.

The sex scenes are steamy and well written, so I enjoyed them.

The ending is surprising, but left me wondering how this guy made detective. He made some major rookie mistakes. Nonetheless, it was a quick and enjoyable read.

Memorable Quotes:

Bombshell can be Trekkies too…

”Do you have any idea how much a pair of custom made Vulcan ears cost?”

Not quite a romantic man…

”My bed is much more comfortable than the fold-out.”

Final Thoughts:

If you are looking for a fast and ‘dirty’ read, this is the ‘quickie’ for you. I can’t stop it, sorry!
