Thoughts:
Kelly Humphrey’s luggages is lost, her wallet, cash and worse, her Vulcan ears, are all missing. When sexy detective Nick Rodriguez offers her a place to stay, she readily accepts.
The attraction is apparent from the get-go, and it’s not surprising that these two end up in bed soon after the door closes on Nick’s apartment.
The sex scenes are steamy and well written, so I enjoyed them.
The ending is surprising, but left me wondering how this guy made detective. He made some major rookie mistakes. Nonetheless, it was a quick and enjoyable read.
