Hi! Thank you so much for having me as a guest at GraveTells Reviews today. I can’t believe that the release day of UNTOUCHED is less than a week away. It seems like just yesterday my agent was calling to tell me that she sold the Amoveo Legend series to Deb Werksman at Sourcebooks.
Which by the way was the best phone call ever.
It’s amazing how fast things start to roll along once the first book in a series comes out. As soon as one book is turned in, I’m hammering away on the other one. Then just as I’m about to finish that one, I get the editorial phone call and edits for the previous book are next on the agenda. BUT WAIT! It doesn’t stop there because right around that time, there’s the email asking for the launch materials for next year’s book. Phew! Hey…I’m not complaining…at all. In fact, I love the fast paced nature of publishing and all the deadlines that come with it. I guess it falls under the old adage…time flies when you’re having fun.

When life gets busy it definitely flies by.Its like the whole world is just turning faster and there’s nothing you can do about it.
I think it slows down. I end up being so focused on what I need to do and scheduling time to do it all. That makes me a lot more focused on the clock and deadlines which seems to make time go slower.

it depends. if it’s a good kind of busy, time’ll fly and suddenly it’s finished. but if it’s a bad kind of busy, time’ll feel like it just crawling in slow-mo.
I guess it will feel kind of slow at first, then suddenly speeds up 🙂

For me, it seems to fly by in a flurry. The busier I am, the faster the time goes and the behinder I get.
