Book Tour & Giveaway (US/Int): Annie Nicholas on stone dragons and earth magic
Please help me welcome Koishi author Annie Nicholas!
The Gatekeeper series revolves around the idea that a parallel world exists along ours called Outremer. Magic still thrives in this plain. The gates are where the two worlds rub against each other allowing anyone to cross. Keepers are there to prevent the worlds from spilling into each other.
The Takai gate is located within a volcano and not just anyone could guard it. Koishi is chosen because he’s a stone dragon and has the power to control lava flows. It’s one of the few magics that still exist on Earth. It’s old and very few have the power to touch it.
Koishi uses his power to create a maze of tunnels within the volcano to prevent anyone from entering or exiting the gate. Not that they ever had a chance to escape. Whenever the gate is touched it automatically teleports Koishi to its position so he can kill any intruders on either side of the gate. No matter what activity he’s engaged in…

My favorite part of the excerpt is Koishi! He sounds super HOT and got to love the whole Protector thing. Yum! Very excited to read this!!!
Loved it all! Congrats to Annie on her new release!
Hi, I read the excerpt and liked it all. Now I need the rest of the story 🙂 I will be adding it to my TBR list.
Thanks,

I love the except about Human thinking Moe is strange for eating dogs. Yes, there are countries that eat dogs but they don’t see dogs as pets or usually creatures for companionship, handicap people, or working dogs.
I found the part about eating Chihuahuas pretty funny! =)
“A groan traveled from the half-conscious female hanging on the side-rails for dear life.” Been there. I can sympathize.
When he sent his mother the chihuauas I think ! Looks good , have added to my want list.

I loved the part about eating the chihuahuas, reminds me of the old taco bell commercials- cracks me up. sdylion(at)gmail(dot)com
I love the description from his jaw popping in the first line to the rush of tourists. The way you write is easy to read and very enjoyable. Keep up the good work!
I loved it. Can’t wait to read full story.
I have to read this and soon! It looks to be amazing and my best part of the excerpt was:
“Yes, he especially enjoyed the little dogs you brought.” The small bundles had been
tender and their hair very short so they didn’t tickle when swallowed. They went well with a movie.
Thanks for the chance to win 🙂
the Chihuahua part
Loved the whole excerpt. I especially liked the vein of humor throughout.
Congratulations to Crystal Guidroz on winning the ebook!
