My favorite vampire book series, wow that is a tough question. It is like picking a favorite star in the sky. So one of my favorites is the Black Dagger Brotherhood series. OoO the things I wouldn’t love to… ahem, this isn’t the place for that. My favorite shapeshifter series that I have read so far is the Christina Dodd series, Darkness Chosen series. I love the idea that is presented in that series.

In honor of Halloween, what is your favorite vampire/ghoul/shapeshifter book?

I actually haven’t read many vampire books I’ve actually liked, and ghouls aren’t predominant in the books I read. But two series I LOVE that have vampires/ghouls/shape shifters in them are The Harry Potter series (even though vampires themselves played very little part in this one) and The Mortal Instruments (there were TONS of vampires and demons and stuff in this series, and one of the main characters turns into a vampire and has nearly two books based entirely on him and his life as a vampire, so I guess this one definitely counts). I guess I’m a sucker for books with all kinds of creatures and magic in them, as long as the overall plot has more to do with a story than the fact that these creatures exist or a protagonist is a creature, if that makes any sense. Oh, and Paranormalcy by Kiersten White had vampires and tons of creatures in them, too, and that book was freaking awesome, especially because it had to do with a prophecy and a mystery than it did these creatures. (Haha, are you seeing a pattern here?)

Black Dagger Brotherhood… I LOVE this series… I also like the House of Night series and Twilight Saga and Vampire Chronicles and many more… I LOVE any book that has anything to do with vampires. lol…
