Review: Vamparazzi (Esther Diamond Series Book 4) by Laura Resnick
The humor, action, and adventure in this book take Esther and company from the theater stage production of a truly terrible vampire play to the abandoned tunnels beneath New York City in a non-stop laugh riot. Series favorites Max, his dog/familiar Nellie, and super smoldering sexy-as-hell Detective Connor Lopez are back, and the much mentioned but never seen Thackeray Shackleton finally emerges. The plot twists abound, the reveals are shocking, and Esther's sharing a dressing room with the actress from hell, Mad Rachel, who may just have a bigger potty mouth than yours truly. Vamparazzi is a GraveTells Must Read!

Esther Diamond series author Laura Resnick on finding the comedy in misadventures
Overdressed zombies, vicious gargoyles, a severed hand... and the night is still young!
Welcome to another day (or night) in the life of Esther Diamond, the struggling actress who is the heroine of Unsympathetic Magic, book #3 in the Esther Diamond series.
While pursuing her acting career and also trying to pay her bills (no mean feat in New York City!), Esther often teams up to fight Evil (yes, Evil) with her friend Max, a 350 year old mage, and Nelli, who is Max's inconveniently large canine familiar. Review: Unsympathetic Magic (Esther Diamond Series Book #3) by Laura Resnick
Esther is back! And she's dressed as a bisexual drug addict crack whore! Holy Moses, what has she been doing? Oh, just getting hot and heavy with Det. Lopez (when he isn't convinced she's nuts), acting on a major TV show (hence the outfit), and running into monsters on the streets of Harlem. That's what you get for being a good samaritan in New York. Unsympathetic Magic is a GraveTells Recommended Read!

Review: Doppelgangster (Esther Diamond Series Book 2) by Laura Resnick
All Esther really wants is to land acting jobs, get to have a normal date with Detective Connor Lopez, and bring in enough tips working as a waitress while waiting for that big break to make the rent. Instead she has to call in her friend Dr. Maximillian Zadok to help her when she sees something impossible that can only mean one thing: Evil has once again happened right before her eyes. Can't a girl just get a call from her agent that she's landed a big time acting job? Doppelgangster is a GraveTells Must Read!
